Test fees may be paid via Venmo, @CFSCMD, or by check/cash in person.

Non-members will need to send a Permission To Test letter from their home club to testing@chesapeakefsc.org in order to test at CFSC sessions.

You will receive an invoice once you have completed registration below. There are no refunds.
