Test fees may be paid via Venmo @CFSCMD or by credit card on this page below the signup form. Cash and checks will be accepted in person.

Non-members will need to send a Permission To Test letter from their home club to cfscmdtestchair@gmail.com in order to test at CFSC sessions.
